🐛 Known bugs & small features

Bug Westminster dates sometimes list implementation dates instead of consultation close dates
Bug TfL and Islington date detection still has low success rate
Feature Selecting org/topic filters should update the URL so it can be bookmarked or shared
Feature Subscribe button should indicate the current filter selection
Feature London Service Permit Consultations is a TfL hub page, not a consultation — exclude it
